WODs, Weights & Movement Standards are all based on CrossFit Headquarters Scaled and Masters Standards.

All teams will compete in 4 WODs. The top 3 teams (Scaled Male, Scaled Female, Masters Male, and Masters Female) will be the winners for the day. All scores for the entire day count towards podium spots.

Breazeal Gymnastics Seminar

Kati Breazeal competed in gymnastics for 13 years, has 5 Junior Olympic Championship appearances, a Junior Olympic Uneven Bars Title, and earned a full scholarship to compete for the University of Georgia. 

During the seminar she will be educating you on how to perform CrossFit and body weight skills, from an artistic gymnastics approach. You'll go over elite gymnastics conditioning exercises and foundational gymnastics skills, in addition to learning how to execute Functional Gymnastics skills in the most efficient ways possible. 

Areas of Focus: Mobility/Flexibility, Correct Body Positioning, Headstands, Handstand: Holds, push-ups, walking, Pull-Ups: Kipping, butterfly, Toes to Bar: Strict, kipping, Muscle-Ups: Bar, ring.

CrossFit Open Cool-down Party

After 5 weeks of action packed excitement, it's time to celebrate the close of the 2018 CrossFit Open. We'll hold an awards ceremony for the CrossFit intramurals, share stories, food, beverages, etc. Even if you didn't register for this year's Open, we'd like for you to come and enjoy in the merriment.

We will have six different heats for six different WODs to support the ongoing battle for research, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer.
