Since 2014 CrossFit Kingsboro has built a bridge that connects Clinton Hills, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and Bedford Stuyvesant. Our goal is to bring community based fitness to the area. We believe that fitness goals can be easily achieved and maintained within the framework of a community. Our programming is strength based and intended to be inclusive to all clients regardless of current physical ability. Our workouts and programming templates are constantly varied to prevent stagnation and boredom in fitness goals.

Coach Mark Sayer

BOXING FOR EVERYONE. I can tailored a program for you, I work with everyone from fighters to fitness enthusiasts. I'm a former competitor and current registered USA Boxing  coach with fighters in events around the New York City Metro area.

For the strictly fitness minded boxing is more than just arms! Learn how to punch engaging your core, legs, and upper body. Get fit while learning how to fight and also how to be truly present in your body. All ages welcome!

Support Your Troops

The Catch A Lift Fund enables post 9/11 combat wounded veterans all over the U.S. to recover and rehabilitate both physically and mentally through physical fitness, motivation and support.

Yoga With Kymmi

If your muscles are tight from lifting, running, kettle-ball swings, or burpees then this is the class for you. It's designed to loosen tight hips and leg muscles, improve your range of motion and circulation, alleviate back pain + more while igniting a sense of inner strength and power with a variety of repetive hip-opening yoga poses. It's perfect for athletes who are looking for a routine they can do to lessen stiffness and risk of injury due to training. Get redy to dive deep into opening and strengthening the often tight hips and hamstrings.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Combat, survival, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect fitness application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity so our programs can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease or cage fighters one month out from televised bouts.
