Since 2014 CrossFit Kingsboro has built a bridge that connects Clinton Hills, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, and Bedford Stuyvesant. Our goal is to bring community based fitness to the area. We believe that fitness goals can be easily achieved and maintained within the framework of a community. Our programming is strength based and intended to be inclusive to all clients regardless of current physical ability. Our workouts and programming templates are constantly varied to prevent stagnation and boredom in fitness goals.
CrossFit Kingsboro is now a SGX Spartan Race gym! Yes, we prepare those individual athletes, and teams for Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) you will train for Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Terrain Race, and all others. Also, to help those who want to become better overall humans whether it be the couch to 5k athlete, weekend warrior, or avid adrenaline junky/workout maniac.
What to Expect: These hour long boot camps will include functional movements, strength movements, conditioning work, and all the tools that you will need to conquer an obstacle course or just conquer life itself.

*We will pack until we meet our goal for the event of total amount of lunches. Once we've met that we will head out to pass out to the community.
